Waskerley Way is the project of Michael Bridgewater, named after a walking route in County Durham winding through heather moorland, suburbs and a viaduct and fittingly his Nexialism EP is evocative of the post industrial landscape of County Durham.
Described by The Quietus as possessing a "voice isn’t unlike Animal Collective’s Avey Tare at his most commanding", his vocals drift over a landscape of melodies from faded memories of old games console and mechanistic beats.
