b-cátt & spook is an improvisational duo from Newcastle, UK featuring b-cátt on live electronics and spook on guitar. b-cátt, aka Micheal Bridgewater of Waskerly Way fame generates dense textures using samples frozen in time using a graintable-based computer program that are toyed with in real time using a variety of filters, generating a canvas upon which spook splatters with squalls of noise from a guitar prepared with objects such as coins and matches in whatever way he feels like.
