βπππππ ππππππ +3β - "The production is a homage to sampling, created with samplers spanning 40 years and almost the entire history of digital sampling, embracing their specific nature as instruments. This includes one of the first ever commercial digital samplers, the Fairlight CMI, dating from 1982 , a Roland TR-707 (1985), Yamaha CS1X (1996) with a modern digital audio workstation, Ableton Live (the modern successor of technology first seen in the Fairlight CMI), used to resample, combine and arrange all these elements. The main drum tracks are based around an Amen break sample, which seemed appropriate as this is probably the most sampled piece of music in history. Thematically, the track is a reflection on survival in light of the last couple of years." - ako
